Thursday, January 12, 2023, 2:30 to 4 pm.

As companies, schools, employers, and programs look to recover from losses experienced in the pandemic, our conversation must flip from programming to engagement. Human beings want to belong and NEED to belong. If we desire to recruit, retain, rejuvenate, and reestablish spaces that engage families, students, and staff, we must understand the power and importance of belonging. In this session, we will explore "relational marketing," which recognizes the long-term value of relationship building, collaborative communication, and tools for cultivating inclusion, appreciation, and voice not just to create a program but engage in an experience of being safe, valued, and heard.
