  • Beth Greenland, PCC, is a Co-Director of the Georgetown Leadership Coaching Program through the Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies.  She is also the Principal of Greenland & Associates, a leadership coaching and organizational development consulting practice based in Towson, Maryland.
  • Ellen B. Kagen is on the faculty as a Senior Policy Associate of the Georgetown University Center for Child and Human Development where she directs the Georgetown Leadership Program, a national leadership learning and consultation effort for professionals and families in the field of health, education, and human services.
  • Doris Arena, is a Training Specialist with the Division of Operations and Service Delivery, in the Children’s Bureau of the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS). Doris is an Associate Trainers with the Coach Approach Partner and is certified to instruct Coach Approach to Adaptive Leadership.  
  • Mark Durgin, is currently the Director of the PA Care Partnership, a Statewide SAMHSA System of Care Grant.  Mark is an Associate Trainers with the Coach Approach Partner and is certified to instruct Coach Approach to Adaptive Leadership.  
  • Dwaneen Hicks, is a Human Services Program Representative working in the Division of Operations and Service Delivery, in the Children’s Bureau of the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS). Dwaneen is an Associate Trainers with the Coach Approach Partner and is certified to instruct Coach Approach to Adaptive Leadership.  
  • Mary Garrett Itin, M.S.W., L.S.W., is currently working as a consultant to Bucks County Department of Mental Health/Developmental Programs on the Now Is The Time: Health Transitions grant and serves on the Pennsylvania Care Partnership Trauma Community of Practice Group.   Mary Garrett is an Associate Trainers with the Coach Approach Partner and is certified to instruct Coach Approach to Adaptive Leadership.  
  • Anne Katona Linn, M.Ed, BCBA, is the Owner of Katona-Linn Consulting, LLC as an educational and behavioral consultant supporting safe and supportive communities and schools. Anne is an Associate Trainers with the Coach Approach Partner and is certified to instruct Coach Approach to Adaptive Leadership.  
  • Valarie Oulds, J.D. is currently the County System of Care Administrator and County Autism Coordinator for the Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services. Valarie is an Associate Trainers with the Coach Approach Partner and is certified to instruct Coach Approach to Adaptive Leadership.  
  • Sherry Peters MSW, ACSW, is currently an independent consultant working on a variety of projects including continuing as an Instructor in Youth Mental Health First Aid, working with the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI), and continuing to have a leadership role with the Pennsylvania Community of Practice on Trauma. Sherry is an Associate Trainers with the Coach Approach Partner and is certified to instruct Coach Approach to Adaptive Leadership.  
  • Lisa Snitzer, is the Division Director Family & Youth Division, at Mental Health Partnerships.   Lisa is an Associate Trainers with the Coach Approach Partner and is certified to instruct Coach Approach to Adaptive Leadership.
