Chad is a Research Associate at the Youth and Family Training Institute (YFTI) which is a part of the University of Pittsburgh. He is responsible for conducting interviews for Allegheny County and verifying and entering data for other grants, including Erie-Luzerne and Pennsylvania System of Care.

Prior to his position at YTFI, Chad worked at UPMC McKeesport on their Behavioral Health Unit. Following, he accepted a job as a Therapeutic Support Staff for Family Behavioral Resources in which he worked with special needs children.

Chad received his Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, while also receiving a minor in Sociology. His work in the mental health field throughout the past five years has provided him with a wealth of knowledge, as well as an understanding of the individuals and families who deal with mental health issues.

Outside of work, Chad enjoys working out reading, being with friends and family, as well as playing sports. He currently resides in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania where he recently purchased a home.
